Tea & Coffee (Film made) Sales & Marketing company need Corporate Sales Manager

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services, for B2B sales mainly good relation with personal contacts and good relationship with procurementdept and HR dept.  To be touch All Corporate Offices (IT, Hospitals, Major Corporate offices), Star Hotels and will be key criteria and clear understanding of our business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals on month-on-month Target VS Sales.

Job Description

  • Events calendar to be prepared before start of every month, Events to be conducted in all the major metro cities and the gate communicates.
  • Business development with in the territory
  • Demonstrates products and services to team and the customers, convey the product advantages.
  • Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where company can flourish.
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout its territory defined
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force, and sales promotion programme plans.
  • Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Code of Conduct prevalent in this country
  • Inventory controls
  • Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of area sales coordinators/Event Coordinators on B2B and B2C to accomplish specific objectives.
  • Plan and implement performance standards for each sales team, set individual territory sales targets and commission targets and customer feedback survey on monthly basis
  • To be train all sales promoters technical knowledge upcoming products
  • Should have track record of planning and achieving targets
  • Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
  • Immediate communication to the corporate clients develops professional long term business relationships
  • Conducts daily sales calls and plan to site inspection trips to B2C events at Gated communities & Retail stores.

Qualification:Graduate & Post Graduate and specialization on Sales & Marketing

Age:25 to 30 Years Female candidate

Experienceany sales & marketing 2 to 3 Years, must speak English, Hindi, Telugu and any other languages valve addition

Salary: INR 40,000/- Per Month and extra perks INR 10,000/- Per Month
